Our Skilled care Facility is based on 24 hour Medicare Certified Skilled Nursing care (not including private duty nursing). Care levels will be assessed based on the Minimum Data Set (MDS). Occupancy care level charges are assessed per resident. Please verify rates at time of acceptance. Services provided in addition to those covered by the daily room rate are available for your convenience and will be billed per the Personal Service Fee Schedule.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE :

•	24 HOUR PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE.
•	MEDICATION storage and administration.
•	WHIRLPOOL BATHS up to two per week.
•	3 MEALS DAILY including most therapeutic diets (supplements excluded).
•	SNACKS
•	INTERDISCIPLiNARY CARE PLAN
•	PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, & SPEECH THERAPIES
•	SCHEDULING of medical appointments.
•	ALL UTILITIES AND CABLE TV
•	LOCAL PHONE SERVICE
•	MAID SERVICE
•	PERSONAL LAUNDRY & LINEN SERVICE
•	EMERGENCY CALL SYSTEM
•	RECREATIONAL & WELLNESS PROGRAMS and supplies.
•	SOCIAL SERVICE
•	ACCESS TO COMMON AREAS for personal use.
•	MAINTENANCE for both exterior and interior.
•	SECURED BUILDING
