Assisted Living‚ (Licensed by the State of Nebraska) All of our apartments are licensed for assisted living. You will be able to enjoy the assistance needed in your own apartment with familiar surroundings. The following are services provided as part of our assisted living care charges: Medication storage and administration, scheduling of medical appointments, trash collection, limited assistance with day-to-day living needs, three meals daily, 24-hour supervision and up to two whirlpool baths per week. Nursing staff is available at the Health Center to provide you with assistance 24 hours a day.

OUR AMENITIES INCLUDE:

•	DINING ROOMS provide a choice of fine dining 7 days a week. Gateway provides three meals daily that include a full range of healthy meal choices. Therapeutic diets or textured adaptations are not provided.
•	PERSONAL CALL SYSTEM connects every apartment with assistance in the event of an emergency.
•	ROUTINE FACILITY SCHEDULED TRANSPORTATION. Additional transportation is available.*
•	INDIVIDUALLY CONTROLLED central heating & A/C in every apartment.
•	WALL TO WALL CARPETING and kitchenettes are standard for all apartments.
•	WEEKLY FLAT LINEN SERVICE is included in the daily rate. Free laundry facilities are available for resident's use located on each floor. Personal laundry service is available upon request.*
•	WEEKLY MAID SERVICE is included in the daily rate. Additional housekeeping services are available.*
•	ALL UTILITIES AND CABLE TV are included in the monthly rent.
•	LOCAL PHONE SERVICE is provided in the daily rate.
•	SMOKE ALARMS AND FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM are provided in each apartment.
•	BARRIER FREE ACCESS to buildings and apartments. (no steps)
•	FULL CONTINUUM OF CARE from independent living to Medicare certified skilled long term health care all on one campus.
•	MONTHLY WEIGHT AND VITALS CLINIC.
•	GUEST APARTMENTS are available for overnight guests.*
•	SECURED BUILDING provides controlled access during evening, night hours and weekends.
•	INDIVIDUAL PATIOS or balcony for each apartment.
•	MAINTENANCE for both exterior and interior common areas. Handyman services available.*
•	WELLNESS PROGRAMS to promote healthy living. Includes fitness equipment, exercise classes, book clubs, Bible studies, computer classes*, and a full range of other social, spiritual and intellectual events.
•	REHABILITATION SERVICES include Licensed Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists on site to provide rehabilitation.*
•	SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES & EVENTS. A wide variety of activities and social events are offered to appeal to each resident's interests.
•	MULTI-PURPOSE ROOMS & COMMUNITY AREAS where residents may pursue creative activities and community fellowship. The areas may also be used for family gatherings, seminars and meetings. These include: Dining Rooms Billiards Game Area Beauty/Barber Shop Library Penthouse Lounges Auditorium
•	24 HOUR STAFFING licensed and certified staff are on-site 24 hours per day to meet your needs.
